To register and maintain an Account on WM777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
Age Verification: WM777 requires completion of KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. Proof of age is a mandatory component of the KYC process. Where supported by the Operator, accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Operator does not guarantee availability of PKR denomination at all times; currency availability is subject to change. Users are responsible for any currency conversion costs where applicable.
The Operator may, from time to time, support various deposit methods familiar to Pakistani users — including local bank transfers and digital wallet channels. Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as familiar local references only and do not imply endorsement of gambling services or confirmed integration with the Platform. Actual supported deposit methods are displayed at the cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.
Minimum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum amounts may vary by payment method. The Operator reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. The Operator does not accept third-party payments. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Note on Cryptocurrency: Where cryptocurrency deposits (e.g. BTC, USDT) are supported, exchange rates applied at the time of deposit are determined by the Operator's payment system. Cryptocurrency values are volatile; the Operator is not liable for fluctuations in value between the time of deposit and any subsequent conversion.
To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed), your Account must be in good standing with no open disputes or active self-exclusion periods, and all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonuses must be satisfied.
Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. The Operator reserves the right to require use of a specific withdrawal method for compliance, fraud prevention or anti-money-laundering purposes.
The Operator does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timeframes. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method, the completeness of your KYC documentation, and internal review procedures. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by the Operator and displayed in the cashier. The Operator reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits, request additional verification for large withdrawals, or split large withdrawals into multiple instalments in accordance with internal risk and compliance procedures.
The Operator may withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, money laundering or other prohibited conduct. Where an investigation concludes that prohibited conduct has occurred, funds may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits offered by WM777 are subject to these Terms and to any additional specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over these General Terms solely in respect of that promotion.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion) must be staked on eligible games or markets before a withdrawal request can be processed.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game type and are specified in the relevant bonus terms. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within a set period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from them will be forfeited automatically.

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: market suspension prior to event start, event cancellation or postponement beyond operator policy thresholds, technical errors in odds pricing, or where the Operator determines that a market was offered in error. Void bet decisions are made at the Operator's sole discretion and are final.
Minimum and maximum bet and stake limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. The Operator reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a technical malfunction, error in game software or incorrect display of game results, the Operator reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets and return stakes. Upon termination for cause, the Operator may forfeit any Bonus Funds and void winnings that were derived from prohibited conduct. Real-money balances will be returned to the User's verified payment method after any applicable investigation period, subject to applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be returned to your verified payment method. The Operator reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time.
